· Repairs or replacements of parts
· Refrigerant leaks or refrigerant replacement
· Ductwork repairs or cleaning
· Electrical or plumbing work beyond the HVAC equipment
· Emergency repairs due to neglect, abuse, or acts of nature
All repairs will be quoted and approved separately.
